Early Cancellation :

* You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund less a 25% early cancellation fee. Early cancellation is defined as a cancellation that takes place within a 24hr. period of ordering. Cancellations that occur beyond 24hrs. are not entitled to a refund.

We will hold (layaway) products for a maximum period of 365 days. (We may at our discretion, allow a longer period of time).

Failure to payoff your entire balance during the maximum layaway period will result in the cancellation of your order and the forfeiture of all payments.

If no payments are made within a 90-day period, your account will be deemed in-active and your product(s) will be made available to other customers.

The deposit must be received prior to the product being placed on layaway.
Shipping cost and all other related costs will be added to the order total and paid as part of the layaway payments.

We suggest that customers make timely payments as we will not and do not send out reminder notices. However, we may or may not send out “courtesy” notices.

All returns are subject to our normal return policy:

Unless otherwise notified, orders will be shipped out no later than five (5) business days of receipt of final layaway payment.

All cancellations must be received and acknowledged by DPL-Surveillance-Equipment.com.

Accepted forms of payment for layaways are credit card, invoice to you via Paypal or payment by check or money order.

Payment 1 (your deposit) due at order date.

Subsequent payments are due in thirty-day intervals. However, customers will not be penalized for late payments.

Any check that is returned for any reason will nullify this agreement and said product(s) will immediately be offered for sale to other customers. A $45 service charge will be accessed on all returned checks.

Upon receipt of a layaway order, we will issue a Layaway Confirmation which will include the order date, total order amount and the preferred (not required) due date for each payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

The Layaway will be immediately taken off the floor and retained for the customer. As payments are received by us, a entry will be made on our electronic invoice which will show the total order amount, amount of payments received and the date received, the balance due and the due date of payments remaining. Please keep these confirmations for your records also.

Any layaway not paid in full in the 365 day period will once again be offered
for sale to other customers, unless special arrangements have been made
with us.

We reserve the right to substitute any layaway item with a comparable product if said original item is no longer available.

Customers may apply layaway balances to purchase alternative products if he/she decides not to purchase the original layaway product. However, under no circumstances will a refund be provided.

No Refund Policy:

If we do not receive your final payment by the “final payment due” date, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase unless we agree to extend that date.

All monies paid will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

DPL-Surveillance-Equipment.com may, at our discretion, extend the date of forfeiture.
